Green Sproutz Singapore is a social enterprise that specialises in environmental sustainability outreach programmes such as sustainability workshops and learning journeys for corporate and community partners, helping everyone to discover creative ways of living sustainably.
In 2024, Singapore generated approximately 6.66 million tonnes of solid waste, with 3.33 million tonnes successfully recycled. While this reflects progress, it also highlights the continued need for strong environmental awareness and sustainable practices nationwide.
For over a decade, Green Sproutz Singapore has been dedicated to cultivating a culture of sustainability. We have reached and educated learners from more than 600 schools including pre-schools, as well as participants from over 50 corporate organisations, 10 government agencies, and 40 nursing homes. Through our hands-on workshops, upcycling programmes, and immersive learning journeys, we champion the 4Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Repurpose.
Today, these organisations and communities are more than programme participants or clients; we are part of a shared mission to build a more environmentally conscious Singapore. Together, we foster lasting habits and mindsets that help protect our planet for generations to come.
To share environmental issues and the active initiatives to champion sustainability by making learning experiences positive, educational and practical to incorporate into daily lives.
We want to inspire more people to make informed decisions about sustainable consumption and critically consider how they can play a part in supporting environmental sustainability efforts in their own ways.

We are looking for individuals who have:

Jobscope:
– Content creation and designing marketing materials
– Design, build and maintain social media presence
– Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Job requirements:
– Applicants must be Singaporeans/Permanent Residents of age 18 and above
– Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
– Knowledge of how to use Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus
– Knowledge of environmental sustainability is a plus

– Manage projects given
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
– Be hands-on with the different tasks on-site
– Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
– Complete reports independently and punctually
Job requirements:
– Applicants must be Singaporeans/Permanent Residents of age 18 and above
– Knowledge and keenness of the area of environmental sustainability is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
– Knowledge in video production apps is a bonus
